I was looking to purchase a second hand bike from Bike Addict. I posed some questions about the bike condition and possible faults and Warren came back promptly with detailed up close picture of any marks on the bike as well as a video walk around of the bike. He then followed this up with an audio message detailing everything. I could not view the bike in person as I am Jhb based. I purchased the bike and it arrived within 3 working days extremely well package. The bike is exactly as Warren explained. I will definitely use Bike Addict when I next need to upgrade one of our bikes.
Flew to Vilanculos in Mozambique from OR Tambo on the 13 Oct 2024 on Airlink. We landed to find about 1/3 of the passengers luggage was not on the flight. It had been left behind due to weight concerns. No warning, nothing, even though they knew before we even took off that they were going to leave it behind. Then had to spend an hour at the airport reporting to Airlink that the luggage was left behind. Sure in the 1.3 hours that the flight takes that someone at Airlink could compile a list and have it ready when the passengers arrive so as to minimise the inconvenience imposed on the custmer. Thanks Airlink it is great fun being on holiday with no change of clothes for over 24 hours. Further I have been informed by the Airlink rep at the airport that when the luggage arrives at the airport I will be callled and I need to arrange for the luggage to be collected from the airport. According to our hotel reception, this is now a common occurrence with the Airlink flight to Vilanculos.
I noticed that my Rain Internet Charge has increased by 6% this month. I lodged a query with Rain Billing (Reference Number: 5448511) and the response was that they communicated this via email and SMS. I have checked both platforms and I have no communication from Rain referring to the increase. I have asked for a copy of the communication which has not been sent Changing an service and charging more without communicating this to the client is unacceptable as far as I am concerned.
Made the error not checking reviews before going to PG Glass Alberton. Went in to have a very small chip less than 2 mm across repaired. The crack had been the same size for weeks with the car living outdoors. Found it strange that the lady doing the repair did not stop talking on her phone while doing the repair but assumed she knew what she was doing. Needless to say I now have a cracked windscreen - 5cm crack which will require a windscreen replacement. I will never use this company ever again.
Had to call the Credit Card devision about a refund against an old card. Was helped via the call centre and the consultant was exceptional. I was even phoned back when the call dropped mid way through being helped. Thanks Standard Bank Card Division for theexcellent service. Sorry I failed to get the consultants name.
Geyser element failed while under warranty. The element was replaced within the day. Excellent service.
Marius from the Vaal Franchise repaired a deep scratch in the door of my Land Cruiser. The workmanship was excellent and the colour machine perfect. There arrived promptly at the agreed time and were done in the 2 hours that they indicated. I am very happy with the end result.
This company has started to trench round our suburb, Albemarle Germiston, and have no consideration for your private property. They just dig up your paving and put is back in a terrible state. They could not care how they affect your property. I recommend you find an alternate provider as you do not want them installing anything in your area.
