I give them zero rating, I bought a wig in November 2022 and received totally different wig, thin wig which is coming out while combing it. I am so dissapointed with their service also, I asked to return and they are ignoring me and last they told me I can take care of it. I am warning everyone to not do any online purchases with them.
I HAVE ASKED NCR TO ASSIST CLEAR MY NAME ON CREDIT BEREAU BECAUSE I WAS WRONGFULLY LISTED ON DEBT REVIEW AND THEY REFUSE TO INVESTIGATE THE MATTER.

I have been harassed by MBD, sending me e-mails every week about accounts that I don't even have. Can they refrain from sending me e-mails please. Kind regards
I lodge a complaint against Cell C, which it has been deducting money from my account since 2018 October to date and I complained to customer service and was given an incident number 190812000629, ref no: 9080700843 on the 07 August 2019, 9081401986 on the 14 August 2019, 9090201898 on the 02 September 2019. Cell C told me that I have (2) two contracts with them and which is incorrect, I only have one (1) contract with them. The contract in question is 084 977 6891. On the 29 August 2019 I received a call from 084140 from a rude lady telling me my account is in arrears and they are going to hand me over, I explained my situation and she told me to e-mail again and I refused and she said hung up on me. This incident must be dealt with urgently, I can't be harassed by Cell C staff when I have a case reported to them. I called again and was given 48 hours to deal with my case but nothing happened. Am still waiting for my refund, there are some of the deductions that I reversed but some I only realized this year that Cell C is still deducting and it was too late to reverse. I attached the affidavit that was asked by Cell C and bank statements which shows the deductions and also the charges I incurred when printing the bank statements from 2018, which Cell C will be liable for it as well. This act is unacceptable as it's going to dent my credit record and can't allow it. Regards
3 weeks back I got a call from Cell C promoting something which I was not interested in but interested in upgrading as I have received an sms saying i qualify for an upgrade on my current contract. I told the Cell C agent to assist me with upgrade and she did. On the delivery to my surprise I received 2 sim card and only when I called Cell C to activate the new phone, I was told its a new line that means I had 2 contracts. I returned the phone and cancelled that and it was sorted. Now I am having problems with whatsapp and facebook since I got the new phone, I bought data twice thinking i didn't have data only to find out when i called Cell C to ask about it, then they told me i bought two shoutout data and they stopped my whatsapp and am going to forfeit the one data. I have been calling Cell C to fix my problem for 5 days now and still no assistance. Am really disappointed with their service and wish it was not too late to cancel the contract.
My ex-husband bought clothes for our kids last month, but he bought fitting sizes and some are small and he lost the slip. I called H&M in Mall of the South and they refuse to do exchange of the clothes which are still with tags on.
Showmax deducted money on my ABSA credit card in March and April 2017 and I asked ABSA to reverse it, they said they will investigate but still today don't have any response from ABSA. It's about 5 months now I requested this.
I called multichoice regarding change of ownership as am divorced and my ex stays in JHB and doesn't have e-mail for me to send a copy to him to fill it. I had to fill my copy and him fill his copy sent them differently to multichoice and now they can't find it and I have been without DSTV for 3 months now it's so boring for the kids without TV. I have made so many follow up and nobody is helping, even responding to my e-mails.
I bought building bricks at Inka bricks and the white delivery man bumped my fencing wall with his truck and refused to repair the damage and when I called him he started swearing at me. So I had to take this case to Clientele Legal and they assisted me at recovering the claim for the damage. Thanks to Clientele Legal for assisting me, if it wasn't of Clientele I wouldn't have got my money to repair the wall.
