I keep reporting an error on the Mweb Zimbra e-mail interface and nothing gets done. A spam email has been duplicating itself in trash box, sitting at over 2000 duplicates currently. You keep permanently deleting it but then it appears. Its been over two weeks now and Mweb Tech team is not doing anything about it. Over promise under deliver
Beware of sales offers from the Telkom small business division. They phone to upgrade your minute package, but send you a phone and charge you R1300 for the new landline device. Telkom Sales executive Live Mfama conned us to take a contract with no mention that a new device with the sim will be charged for. Stay away from their calls and block it.
Closed account many months ago, the account keeps showing as open account at credit bureaus. After numerous mails to client care MTN, not even an acknowledgement of the complaint. The whole reason I cancelled an account was due to MTN's incompetence.
Ongoing issue with the Goalsaver product, the bug on the app has been reported since August 2024. They cannot understand that the Goalsaver product is not working. Im supposed to be able to open a Goalsaver from scratch with a cap of 100K. The Goalsacer no does not allow me to transfer the max amount. It only allows for a max amount of R56. AND I HAVE NO OTHER GOALSAVER OPEN. Tymebank has the audacity to deliberately "not understand" and now again the 100th ticket logged on this has been closed, with the classic wording of TymeBank: Your Transact issue (DCI-398267) is Resolved-ActionTaken. 1: The speak up line number given as per the app does not work, the 0809339331 number does not exist anymore - no way to connect to a customer rep 2: Goalsave should be maxed at 100K. I have no other goalsave accounts, I opened 1 BRAND NEW goal save and can only now deposit R56 not 100K as advertised. The Tymebank app has a bug with the Goalsave feature. Not one customer care consultant could get the issue sorted thusfar. It has been months since August 2024 with no resolution. The Tymebank app does not allow for the the maximum Goalsaver amount. Before August 2024 the app was fine allowing for the max 100K Goalsave amount. Now it cuts off at a lesser amount. Having one Goalsave account, one is supposed to have the max allowed amount deposited. They cannot get it right, they do not understand. they just reply on here to save face but do nothing.

The voice prompts when calling customer care does not work. The customer service level via email is poor. I have been trying to escalate ***** as I have never app**** for Mr Price Money but mr Price sends me communication that my application has been declined. I have tried all departments, no use.
Complete lack of customer service. Since Tyme Bank changed the features of their Goal Save product, the supposed maximum allowed for a deposit does not work. There is a bug on the App. I have escalated it before - they assured it is fixed. It is not, what is the use of trying to save money if the savings product does not work correctly.
