Most unfriendly and unhelpful rude people including the dealer principle I believe that’s why there is no feedback from the company
Totally discussed with the service I received after being a Renault client for the past 5 Years Being called a lire We bought a new Renault Quit for my Daughter On delivering the vehicle we inspected the car but at home that evening we discovered that that there is n deep scratch on the outside of the rear window which is only visible when approached from a certain angle. On returning the following morning the blame was first placed on the company doing the smash and grab and then the workshop manager accused my daughter and wife of scratching it with their rings (Witch none of them ware) I was told to wait so that the dealer principle can inspect the car. I waited for two hours but he did not come to light and then I was told to come back this morning. On arriving the sales manager went to call him. To come and look at the scratch. The sales manager returned with the following answer we did delivery and u singed the form that there was no fault with the car we will not take responsibility. 1. This dealer principle did not even have the desency to come and look at the car. 2. The work shop manager accused my wife and daughter of scratching the car on purpose 3.
