I've been using them for more than 10 years and they used to be quite good, but it seems they've grown too big to handle now. Paid extra for EXPRESS delivery to my office. The guy tried delivering at 17:20 when the office was obviously closed. Mailed customer service and got excuses and attitude rather than trying to come up with a solution. I am actually STILL waiting for a follow-up. I have had issues with delayed deliveries recently but have given them the benefit of the doubt. This seems to have become the norm now.
I have always received great service from Nechante and the team at Garrun PTA, but when I was recently involved in an accident, they really showed what they were made of by helping every step of the way until I received the insurance payout. They also helped get me the best possible premium on the new vehicle. I never had to wait, or ask for a response. Absolutely great service, thank you very much.
Amazing service. Was involved in a motorcycle accident and Pineapple’s handling of the claims related to my insured items made it quite a bit less painful. Thank you.
Absolutely brilliant service from Bianca. My claim was professionally handled and completed in almost not time at all. I was sceptical at first, but can now wholeheartedly reccomend Pineapple.
I've placed an order through Uber Eats taking advantage of the 2 for 1 deal at around 11:30 3 Oct 2019. The Uber driver arrived at 12 and there was only 1 meal. I've asked him about it and he said he argued with the branch but was told sorry, the meal does not qualify. I've phoned the branch and spoke to the manager who said she'd phone me back. She phoned me back at 12:30 saying she's made a mistake and I could come to fetch the 2nd meal. I told her I wouldn't have ordered through Uber if I could simply go there, she could send it to me. I was told they were too busy and I'd have to wait until 14:00 and she would phone me before sending the driver! It is now 14:37 and I have not received a phone call, food or anything. This is ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC and UNACCEPTABLE. If you made a mistake, you fix it, you don't let a customer wait almost 3 hours for his food. It's actually pathetic beyond belief. I'd please like to know: 1)What will you be doing to rectify this? 2)What will you be doing about the manager of this branch?
The Fixed LTE coverage map on CellC's website is not the same as the one on Axxess'. https://www.cellc.co.za/cellc/lte-home-coverage-map vs https://www.axxess.co.za/mobile/cellc It's showing full coverage on Axxess's map vs none on CellC's. If I choose "LTE-A" and not "Fixed-LTE" I get the same map/coverage as on Axxess' website. So since Axxess' website showed full coverage I've ordered the B315 router but when it eventually arrived I got ZERO signal at home. Now I've been battling for a week with their support and it's been pretty poor to say the least. The last message I eventually got out of them was: Hi, This is in response to ticket: xx the service that we offer through Cell C is not LTE-A, but Fixed LTE. The address *** is not within a covered area for Fixed LTE Regards, Jared Kinda what I've been saying along...but they keep ignoring my requests for a refund and to come fetch their router. I have got 2 open tickets k33mkj3679 and the orginal one bh9d39mb20 as well as a refund request.

<p>Somebody managed to take out a fraudulent contract on my name more than 2 months ago. I have immediately contacted CellC, Transunaion and my bank and forwarded the requested details - affidavit, copy of ID, proof of residence, etc.</p> <p> </p> <p>CellC simply does not seem to be interested in resolving this issue. Numerous emails, phone calls and empty promises later and NOTHING has been done.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

Bought a dash camera which turned out to be horrible quality and/or faulty.<br> I was told I could send it back for a full refund.<br> <br> It was sent back on 10 June 2015 and now, 12 days later I have still not received my money back after being assured it would take 24/48 hours and that they have indeed received the parcel that was sent back.<br> <br> What is going on?
