This is a 3rd complaint on my Funeral cover wuth no resolve. Nobody is trying to solve this query. I am disgusted by this level of service. This is not how you suppose to treat your client. Nothing has been done and it has been a month. I want to cancel my services with this company if this is how ai am treated.
I am still doing a back and forth on RCS Funeral insurance department. I keep on being send forms. How difficult is it to attend to a client instruction. I am thinking of cancelling policy at this point, if this is how I will be treated in the future. Such a bad service

My issue of Ebucks is still not resolved and FNB knows they are in the wrong. I am sick of the bad service. I should be moving my investments.
My complaint still is not resolved. You keep on sating you cant get hold of me. You draft an email to respond and tell me that you have given me my ebucks that were promised to me. Why is it difficult to give mw my ebucks that you promised. I want my ebucks rewards to reflect in my account today or I am taking this further. Uou taking me for a fool now. All I want is my ebucks for the Retirement Annuity transfer that I did to FNB. Dont promise something you not willing to do. I am giving you until end of the day. I am tired of waiting. I put a complaint last week and I am still not helped
Capitec how long does it take to rectify the devit order you ********ly dod on my account. I want this rectified today and that money paid back into my account or I am taking this further.
I didnt sign up for you guys to debit my account on 2nd of the month. Why my account was debited for my insurance. Please rectify this ASAP capitec. Im sick of you doing as you please.
This is disappointing to learn that you cant reverse debit order more than R500. So we must suffer unauthorised debit because of your nonsense system
