Debonairs Pizza Chatsworth Centre has bad service from Staff, to The Manager and to the guys who deliver Pizzas. I called to place an order and waited for over 1 hour, where else sometimes it takes 20 to 30minutes for them to deliver. Followed up with them and they dropped my call. Called again and they told me they had faulty phones and they dropped my call. Called again for the 3rd time and no one picked up and at last when they pick up they had the audacity to say they are sorry. This is ******* and uncalled for. I call using my airtime and it's not like they will give me free food I will have to pay. I think they take advantage of the person making a call and if it was someone else they would have not done what they did. A male perhaps, Someone who does not have a Zulu name.
Unable to get hold of the numbers for booking in Westville Prison. Phones are consistently off.
Good day, I lost my Phone on Saturday the 11 July 2020, Please note that i have had the phone since 2016. Since then i have moved places 5 times. I contacted MTN and they said i should go to a branch. when i got to the branch, they said they want the IMEI number. I dont know where i can get this IMEI number because i dont even know where the box is of the phone is now. I checked my monthly invoices but i am unable to find this number. My partner checked his monthly Vodacom and Telkom invoices and this number is indicated there. Why is MTN so behind? and expecting people to keep boxes for years and they can not get the number from their system still puzzles me. I need my phone black listed and i don't know what to do because there so much information in my phone that i am scared that if someone gets the phone they might even use my Bank Account.
On Saturday morning around 9h00 to 09h30 am, I received a Message from N&R Recoveries. Your Seriously Overdue NEDBANK ACC has been handed to us to start Magistrate Court Proceedings. Call 0800002118, we are opened until 4.30pm to PREPARE YOUR FILE FOR COURT. Ref CCA305187. I called the number because years ago i had a NEDBANK ACCOUNT ( Worse decision i ever made, because they are bullies and like to threaten people even over less than R120 of bank charges). To my surprise i discovered that they are not looking me. The consultant apologized and said it was a mistake. What annoys me is that these so called Banks or Creditors or Debt Collectors send out such threatening messages and do not consider the situation a person is under or verifying that they are harassing the correct person. Never mind the audacity to call instead of sending rude messages.
I would like to say thank you to Rentokil Initial Pinetown Branch, they have such excellent service. Thank you to their hard working Sales Rep ( Langelihle Dlamini) our office has became so hygienic, he really goes the extra mile!!!
I upgraded my Phone on the 11 of February 2016 and was promised by Thandeka Ndlovu that I will get the Phone on the 17 February 2016. Till the 04/03/2016 the Phone was not delivered to me and there was no correspondence from MTN and courier company. I called in and was transferred from one person to the other. MTN is claiming that the phone is with RTT and RTT tried to phone me and I was un available, I questioned them if they did not have my company name and address and they said they did. What was the point of MTN/ RTT to call me again? when I gave them all the information? Is that not sufficient enough for RTT to deliver? My point is I have been waiting for the phone and MTN as the person that I was dealing with failed to deliver on time. I just hope someone out there will read my email and actually respond to it because honestly I am very angry.
