FAYIRA-COM ZERO STAR COMPANY... Quick to take your money and order and super unprofessional after that. I ordered on 31 October 2023. I followed up on my order and they said that to find out from my Local Post Office. No success. I'm newly divorced and hate them for *****ING from me after i wanted to spoil myself after a difficult year. Shame on you FAYIRA-COM... i hope your company goes down for *****ing from paying customers. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY

I'm sick and tired of Multichoice. November 2019 I applied for pricelock. February 2020, it was only installed after numerous messages I sent regarding my installation. We can't Box-office at all. We rent the movie but it is never available to watch. With a shock, I had to find out this week that it was showing on my account. I insisted that it should be credited to me as we could never watch the movies we rented . Today when I called it was rectified BUT I still can't watch box office. The woman told me that box-office upgrades are being done, But how long do they want to upgrade... Just for this year we've been trying to box-office we've been struggling for months. It doesn't help to go off at the help desk because they tell you anything to smooth your mind. It doesn't help to ask to talk to a superior because that will not happen. I had to be on the phone for 53 minutes on a previous occasion so that my account could be explained to me. Just to find that it doesn't match next month's bill. I'm beyond fed up. We need to pay each month... But they can not even hold up their end of a deal. I'm truly disappointed in Multichoice. I alway hang up in tears out of frustration.

Since May we could not rent a movie from Boxoffice successfully via sms without needing to call Multichoice and have them rent it for me.
