What a *** experience. I was selling my vehicle and all the documents that they asked me to send in, I did. Not a response at all after that. Shockingly BAD service from a company that so called buys your vehicle.
What a pathetic and useless after sales from this company. I bought a new chainsaw a month ago, used it not even 2 days and it's been in to repair for 3 weeks. It got taken to be repaired and sent back saying it's 100% working. NOT EVEN FIXED OR LOOKED AT WHAT WAS WRONG. Who ever looked at it is clearly incompetent and does not give a damb. I use it for work and lost out on over three weeks work = no income! Pull up your Sox and get staff that actually give a damb and check things properly.
I started last year when I was promised a vehicle to use with in three weeks and three months later still nothing so I took my car in and covered a rental car from my cost instead of been given one as promised! A job should have taken three days and it took two weeks to complete.<br> I took my car in on the 30 Sep and they tell me they can start looking at it on the 6 Oct but if it was towed it in would have taken 48 hours tops for them to start taking a look at it. My ENGINE MANAGEMENT LIGHT is on , they tell me to take it to another dealer. A management light is on and the dealer tells me to drive it away and on top of it my car is under warranty. I don't think I will ever buy a Hundai ever again with service like this. Its shocking to see this service and with driving an Elantra I never expected this. Think it should be traded in on anything else so I can just get decent service. I was not asking to drop every thing and look at my car I even asked that they look at it tomorrow but I should rather take my business to another dealer ship. I hope the Dealer Principle steps in and gets this do I have to really work attitude out of his dealer ship.
