OneCart does not refund money
On 26 May 2023, I placed an order with OneCart. This order was not delivered, and after continuously contacting their various social media platforms, I have to date (8 June 2023), still not received a refund—shocking service!

Shocking Service
OneCart's service is in absolute disarray. I placed and paid for an order on Friday, 26/5/2023, which was undelivered. Consequently, I contacted the OneCart helpline on numerous occasions and was told that a representative would contact me. On Monday 29/5/2023 I began requesting a refund, I have been given the run around by their social media platforms and am still waiting for a refund.

OneCart’s service is terrible
OneCart advertises delivery of goods within an hour. I placed an order and paid for it at 11:00 on 26 May 2023. At 16:00 I phoned the helpline to find out where my order was and was promised a follow up call. I phoned again and 17:00 and again was promised a follow up call to find out what had happened to the delivery. Eventually, I phoned again this morning and I am still waiting for a reply. My problem is that this isn’t the first time OneCart has let me down, there have been numerous other occasions. Their service is shocking and I am a very unhappy customer

We Care Gardens / Appliances (PTY) Ltd shocking service
We Care Gardens / Appliances 247 (PTY) Ltd repaired my AEG Freezer on 13 October 2021. They charged me R4,200.00 including VAT for the repair. The freezer is not functioning after the repairman was called back. We Care Garden / Appliances 247 (PTY) Ltd offered to collect the freezer on Saturday at 4pm, we are still waiting for them to collect the freezer and they are ignoring our telephone calls.

Stuttaford Van Lines Shocking Service
Stuttaford Van Lines recently moved our household full of furniture. They showed no regard or consideration for our furniture and virtually every item they touched was damaged. Our expensive furniture was left in the rain and taken to their storage units wet, resulting in irrecoverable damage. We witnessed packers dropping boxes and furniture frequently. In addition to this they are very expensive
