Rubbish service from client care , requested a call back and received a call 24hrs later , spoke to first client care agent to advise i manually paid my premium he confirmed it is noted on the system but finance has not allocated it he promised to call me back and to this day still nothing . I called back the next day and i was promised by another advisor with in 1 hour the funds would be allocated , next day i receive a mail my cover is suspended. How can you do business like this ?
TOOK MY JAGUAR -FTYPE FOR SERVICE EARLY IN MARCH AS PER AGREEMENT WITH ANOTHER DEALERSHIP , RONNEL FROM JAGUAR CENTURION WAS ON THE BALL , WHEN I ARRIVED THE OVERALL SERVICE FROM THE STAFF WAS AWESOME , THANKS TO RONNEL FOR AWESOME SERVICE AND MAKING MY FIRST AND DEFINITLY NOT MY LAST EXPERIENCE JAG CENTURION ONE TO REMEMBER
AWESOME STAFF - THANKS TO TEBOGO MOTHIBE , I MADE MY BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION,PAYMENT THE WORKS IN MINUTES , ITS OUR ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY AND OUR SECOND TIME STAYING AT THE HOTEL,ALWAYS FEEL LIKE VIP,THE STAFF IN THE CLUB ROOM ALSO SO FRIENDLY ALL THE TIME , THANKS GUYS AND GALS
