Good day, I ordered weeping begonias on the 20/04/2024 from Le Petite Flowers in Fochville. I received them on the 23/04/2024 and proceeded to plant them. On the 5/09/2024 the bulbs started to grow and I was so excited as these are beautiful flowers. When they got a little bit bigger I used my google camera to identify them as they did not look like begonia leaves instead I got Taxonomy. I called and spoke to Natalie, she said she had a guy working for her for 3 months and sent out incorrect plants, his name was David Pieterse. Natalie said she would refund me. The same day I spoke to her, her phone was ******. She got a new phone and her banking app was giving problems. Some other lady with the same problem laid a charge against Natalie and her account was blocked. On the 4/1042024 her account was still frozen and she said she was going to open a Capitec account. Today 15/10/2024 I sent a message to ask what's happening and now a Chantell answered as Natalie has now had a car accident and is in hospital. Chantell asked what is the problem and I told her to got back and read all my messages to Natalie. I don't know how many more stores I have to listen to, all I want is my money back
