my online purchase experience was horrible. promised the delivery on the 31 December, which i waited for to no avail. i am being sent from pillar to post. told to log a query asking about the previously logged query! this is such an inconvenience. Online purchasing is supposed to be smooth, with accurate updates and yet no one is telling me what is going on
On Saturday, I visited Dis-Chem at BluBird Shopping Centre with my son, who wanted to buy me a perfume for Mother’s Day. When we approached the counter to test some DKNY fragrances, we were met with clear disinterest and unwelcoming behavior from both the young lady assisting us and a gentleman who appeared to be the manager. Their attitude included eye-rolling, staring, and a general sense of disdain that I have never experienced before. Instead of assisting us in finding the right scent, we were abruptly shown to the till and then followed there, making the entire experience uncomfortable and disappointing.
I logged a complain with my ISP yesterday, and I’m still waiting on Vumatel who dispatched a technician 9hours ago, meanwhile I lose business😥
I HAVE BEEN UP AND DOWN, BACK AND FORTH IN TRYING TO GET OUT OF A CONTRACT WHICH SAW ME DRIVING A CAR FOR A MONTH - AS IT KEPT BREAKING DOWN. I AM NOW LISTED FOR DEBT I DONT OWE, AFTER A LITTANY OF EMAILS FROM PLANET42, AND REFUNDS NOW I APPARENTLY OWE YOU MONEY? YOU EVEN HAVE BLACKLISTED ME !
i have a homeloan with NEDBANK and for the past two months I am debited two debits with no explanation - can I have these debits stopped and reversed. I gave no authority to NEDBANK to debit me. This is such ************ behaviour
so i received a call saying the amount of the loan i took for a car only covers car value and so on, the Guy says he is from wesbank and that he can help me fix that i need to pay ectra 100zar . I plead confusion, ask for everything in writing and i receive a quotation from a Ryan
Hi, I get calls from Finchoice at every 30 minutes with regards to a loan I currently have with them. This is despite the fact that I have already made arrangements to have all the monies outstanding to be collected. Every 30 minutes while I am at work? How?
i am back again, unfortunately even after paying for a month's worth of subscription for a car i have never driven, having involved the ombudsman and trying to resolve this issue amicably, it looks like i will have to seek legal recourse for anyone out there wanting a short term car solution - all i can say is that I have had an experience from hell - stay away !
I have to say - Planet42's harrassment is unparalleled. Despite emails from Planet42 advising that I should ignore the emails demanding payments for a car that I returned to the dealer due to its mechanical unroadworthiness. I asked for a dekra, which was never given I instructed for contract termination due to a sub standard - no - very faulty goods; which cased a near fatal accident - it was not terminated despite sending all this on email, speaking to 15 different people ; i am still harrassed for payment for faulty goods How is this for consumer rights! and harassment!
this company has listed me, after i have sent all proof that i owed no monies to wonga; imcluding a letter from WONGA indicating as such I have lost on job opportunities due to this. the legal recourse is clear on this.
