so my son is sick I’m have requested an authorisation through WhatsApp, I’ve been waiting for even now I’ve notbeen received authorisation code
Electricity went on and off in our area and my tv started booting slow after that day then next day didnt boot at all and the report that was sent to my insurance was wear and tear that prevent the insurance to pay. i am not convince with the inspection that was done by PTSS company
my Claim number is 4066776, our electricity went on and off last week and resulted to my tv booting slow then ended not switching on at , i reported this my to insurance and my insurance used this Company PTSS to evaluate my tv they came with a report as follow "LED back lights are faulty due ti wear and tear" then insurance doesn't want to pay I need help in getting this resolved because my tv was working fine before this on and off of electricity the company was used for inspection i doubt they did a proper inspection and report correctly

claim was approved on the 4 th of December and ABC supplier was selected to delivery my watch. Supplier services was Bad even now I don't have my watch and I have paid excess already. My claim number : ********** 2*003*002 I am tired of calling Idirect agents because they keep on saying they will me back and never did. can Absa supply with a Voucher that i can use ?
Since 2013 April I have been with MiWay until now , I don’t remember skipping a month not paying. Now I bought new A4 Audi and Miway agent called to quote me on this new car. Quote came back with a premium of R5000 and 5000 excess while other Insurances companies with full comprehensive cover quoted more less, I told the agent who was helping with a quote to give a valid reason why the quote is so high, he promised to ask his boss to see what they can do to bring it down, he never came back to me until now.. Why my quote is so high while other who just joined and drives same car they pay less ? because since i joined i was never been in any accident . is this how you service a good and loyal customer ?

on the 16 of march i have received my contract phone with wrong color. I called cell c to collect it and send the correct color. carrier collected the device on the same day (16 march) . Today i called need to know when they deliver a new phone. cell c contact centre agent told me they haven't received the phone. why it takes so long to because i have use the phone? . the services or the process cell c use is ridiculous .14 workings days to get your a new phone when you return unused phone. now its gonna be more days because carrier company didn't deliver on time. please help to get my new phone delivered this weekend
