The worst and untrustworthy realitor. No matter which property you rent from uVest, be prepared not that the maintenance of property is not done. However they will expect their full rent. Do not move in at Glen Valley, the facia boards came off and the gutters. It fell on my vehicle causing damages, now uVest is just turning their head the other way. One windy day the corner roof tile blew off and came down plumenting in the units backyard. Luck had it, it struct the electrical fence and then our garden table (broke it) and missed our dog. When reporting the incidents uVest responded I am not being forced to stay there. When they asked if interested to renew my contract, I refused to accept the term penality could be inforced if moving out before the contract lapses. With all the incidents occuring at the period of my contract concluding, I said I will renew however pending the maintenance, due to the safety risk the property is becoming. I would move out therefore not accepting the term. I received another email from a Michael Horack stating if I do not accept I need to vacate, I responded that it is then forcing people their way and if you resist they kick you out. I responded it leaves me no option as to report them to the Minister of Human Settlement, who are obligated to investigate. I did report the matter. I was then said to vacate within 20days, which I did and the con part they keep issuing me a invoice for 4days pro rata rent. Believe the gutters came off most recently again and fell on the vehicles of their most recent tenants. They post on gumtree, trust me those are not all the latest pictures. Go drive past there not from the main road side but go around, see for yourself the facia boards, gutters and tiles being missing. On the main road side you will see certain units the roof tiles has lifted. They are also conning when it comes to having to payback deposits. I wish to urge tenants or even potential property buyers to think carefully before dealing with uVest.
