Excellent Service Outsurance and Miracle Towing
I called Outsurance Help@Out at 07:50 today 26/10/2015 for assistance to jump start my vehicle and spoke to the agent Krenashin Govender who assisted me very promptly and professionally and informed me a service provider has been allocated to come out and assist me with my dead car battery. I received an sms stating that Miracle Towing has been allocated to come out and assist me and should be at my premises in about 16 minutes. At exactly 08:03 Jacques Rossouw from Miracle Towing was at my premises and very promptly ,friendly and efficiently jump started my vehicle !....I have to admit that I have never ever experienced such awesome service in my entire life ,a BIG THANK YOU TO Outsurance Krenashin Govender and Miracle Towing Jacques Rossouw.....I wish all other service providers can be so professional and so customer service driven !<br> I am so glad that I am a client of Outsurance !
