Responsive and Reliable Service from Eurotrend
We renovated our bathroom about a year ago and recently encountered an issue with one of the faucets. Our contractor reached out to Eurotrend, and Adele responded without delay. She promptly arranged for a plumber to come out and resolve the issue. We were very impressed with the speed and professionalism shown. It’s refreshing to experience such efficient after-sales support. Thank you, Adele and the Eurotrend team — your assistance is genuinely appreciated!

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Unique Roof and Wall Coatings
Working with Unique Roof and Wall Coatings has been one of the most frustrating and draining experiences we’ve ever had with a service provider. Don’t be swayed by their polished sales pitch or affiliation of DWASA and the MBA. Once payment was made, the owner, Rudi , showed a complete lack of professionalism, respect, and accountability. What initially seemed like a promising project quickly turned into a nightmare. After taking our money, Rudi refused to issue a refund for the work not done. The sales representative, Kyle, vanished as soon as the contract was signed, leaving us to deal with a mess — and an ongoing ******** investigation. The quality of work was appalling. We have never encountered such unskilled and unprofessional contractors. The workmanship was poor, with paint splattered everywhere and surfaces left worse than they were before. To make matters worse, any attempt to raise concerns was met with excuses, aggression, endless delays, and manipulative efforts to extract more money from us — all while the job remained incomplete. We ultimately had to hire other contractors to fix and finish what Unique failed to do. Rudi resorted to bullying and ************ rather than taking responsibility. He constantly shifted blame and refused to acknowledge any fault. Upon further investigation, we discovered we were not alone. Both DWASA and the MBA have reportedly received numerous complaints about this company’s workmanship and Rudi’s treatment of clients. Please be cautious — many of the glowing online reviews appear to be fabricated and suspicious. We deeply regret not doing more research before engaging with this company. If you’re considering Unique Roof and Wall Coatings, we strongly recommend reaching out to DWASA and the MBA first. Spare yourself the financial and emotional toll we went through. After posting this Review Rudi called me and threatened me to remove the review.
