Mannys - 5 Star!!
A huge thank you to Paul at Mannys for the kindness and exceptional service shown to an old man. I required gas cylinder refilling and they were king enough to collect my gas cylinders, fill them and deliver them back. What a great company to deal with - the very, very best!!

Clear as Mud!
No connectivity in Country Life Retirement Village and all I get is “…our technicians are working on the problem - no ETA!” This has been going on since yesterday afternoon and still no internet!!! Why are we being held to ransom by Clear Access as the only ISP in this area???

ASAP - “ I don’t think so!”
Don’t use Paic n Pay ASAP as they take your money and don’t deliver. Absolutely useless when you try and resolve the issue! R293 taken from my account on the 112th November 2024, no delivery, no invoice and no order number was received by me!

Gumtree “Don’t Care”!

Milex “Sucks”!
I guess I’ll be another very unhappy buyer of a Milex product! The Stick Vacuum Cleaner I purchased has virtually no suction power and when I requested a return so that I can buy the cordless model -I was declined. No reason just declined! I will now throw this brand new machine into the dustbin and I will be doing the same with Milex!

Milex “Sucks”!
Don’t buy online from this company as they use Homemark for your transactions! I recently purchased their Stick Vacuum Cleaner which has virtually no suction and to return it I have to pay a Courier to deliver it back to them in Johannesburg and I’m in a Retirement Village in Benoni! I was even willing to pay the difference for the Chordless Stick Vacuum they have but I was told it can’t be done!

Don’t buy online from this company as they do not respond to any form of communication! I believe it’s a **** company as I requested a cancellation and refund days ago and have still had no response - don’t return your calls as they don’t answer their phone line and you are forced to leave a message, no response to any of my mails and the Chat line on their site does not work!

iStore Pre-Owned Disaster!
Hi All - just a recommendation to not deal with iStore Pre-Owned as they are not geared to assist you if you purchase online and the item is faulty! Instead of allowing you to go to a iStore Per-Owned Store to sort out your problems you are told they cannot help you! Now I will be stuck without an iPad which I use daily for my business, for who knows how long! They were supposed to collect the faulty one from me yesterday, did not arrive and informed me that they will now only collect it on Thursday!
