Do not touch this brand
Absolutely zero none nothing after sales service, You talk to a whats app messenger they promise you nothing and do even less 7 days with a gas geyser problem and no support whats so ever - empty whats app messages no human contact. tried emailing nothing , requested the Directors number so I can tell him whats not happening in his company I have no words other than absolute rubbish 6 month old Geyer and zero support rather buy the cheap than expensive italian brands no one in SA to help

Poor service
Purchased a Candy Washing machine failed after one wash one week later and numerous calls & emails from me we still waiting for someone to contact us to sort this out 😡

Repairs
Foton Tunderland D/C We Sent our van into East Rand Multi Franchise under warranty same fault as the previous other 9 times it has been back & never fixed for 1st gear not going in 100% , I have to fight 1st gear , I was told the gearbox needed a oil change & was charged , even though from day 1 we have had this problem , so they charged us for 5l when the gearbox only takes 3,5 L. Today I finally get a refund after 1 month of requesting , then I get told the seal is gone on the gearbox and I must pay , the oil has been leaking since your last service and was reported in writing & you never did anything now suddenly you say it is out of warranty & you want to charge us for the seal - bunch of thugs & fraudsters , you cannot even change a light bulb , We have purchased 5 cars from your dealerships in 6 years never drive this china **** with zero back up & support again.

Cheap double cab
Our new Double cab purchased from Imperial Select Benoni, the reverse gear grated from day 1, this was ignored on the four times it was sent in for warranty complaint ,the cheap crap has been in the Benoni service centre since November 2015 , Imperial does not carry spares or have stock , They had to order 1 gear from china , it has taken 3 months & still not here , why not over night courier the part ??? The reverse gear sounded like a cheap Chinese coffee grinder , We are continuously calling the head office and emailing - the DPthey never call us back ,the part has never arrived as promised or no future ETA , Do not buy cheap double cabs , no spares , No service , , Imperial & Foton with Cumming Engine & powder cheap gearbox , worst double cab we have ever owned. not ready for SA conditions. Just heard still no part but the C.E.O of Foton is aware of this ,this took 3 months to get to his C.E.O level & will probably never be resolved , should refund us with a brand new double cab. BUY BRANDED PRODUCTS ONLY NOT CHEAP ITEMS - CHEAP FOR A REASON.

Refuse to refund our company
I was promised by the Sales person that our Google advert would be up and running by the Monday , three weeks later no news at all , but within 3 days we could see Interface was all sales talk and fake promises and cancelled the contract , After many many emails to their so called Sales Director Gary , this still has not been sorted out. <br> Maybe now they will attend to this as quickly as they took our money.<br> <br>

Bad price even worse service
Called Roto Rooter today to book a call for a blocked drain , They called me back & said the team would see me in 30 Minutes 1-30hrs later they arrived , the guy did not even get out the car just shouted , 1.5 =R1500.00 , I then called their office because they have been here 3 years in a row for the same problem but the price just increases , 1st Year R600.00 2nd Year R1200.00 ( I also called Bruce to complain as it doubled from the year before) 3rd year today & I called Bruce again as the price has just sky rocketed & then kicked his guys off my property not allowing them to work).<br> Just got another company in R650.00 , 60 seconds to fix. thanks Bruce , try rip someone else off pity it took me 3 years
