I would not recommend anyone to use pep cell online stores with the vague information on their website not making DELIVERY TIME CLEAR BEFORE ORDERS ARE PLACED FOR WHICH YOU PAY DOUBLE FOR AND ONKY FIND OUT AFTER THE FACT THAT YOUR ONLINE ORDER WAS PLACED AND PAID FOR WITH NO COMMUNICATION NOT EVEN IN THEIR RESPONSE EMAIL BACK TO YOU AS TO THE TIME AND DELIVERY SPECIFICATIONS. AFTER YOU THE CUSTOMER HAS TO SENS MULTIPLE MSGS ONKY THE FIND OUT THAT IT TAKES 3-5 DAYS , AND REFUNDE EVEN LONGER, WHEN I COULD OF GONE TO A STORE TODAY, TRAVELED THE SAME DISTANCE AND HAD MY ORDER WHICH IS URGENT AT HALF THE PRICE ALREADY!! IT ALSO SEEMS AS PER THEIR RESPONSE EMAIL THAT YOU ARE EXPECTED TO GO INTO THEIR STORE TO COLLECT AFTER THEY CHARGE YOU RO YOU DOUBLE YOUR ORDER FOR DELIVERY COSTS!! AFTER YOU ARE ANGRY AT THIS RIDICULOUS SERVICE YOU SRE BASICALLY FORCES TO ACCEPT AND WAIT FOR THE DAYS BECAUSE THEY REFSE TO REFUND YOU SAME DAY AND THAT REFUND TAKES EVEN LONGER!!! SO, LOOK AROUND AND SHOP INSTORE YOURSELF AND SAVE THE HEAD ACHE OF USING THEIR ONLINE!! ANY BUSINESS SHOULD MAKE SURE THE CUSTOMER HAS CLEAR UNDERSTANDING BEFORE ORDERS ARE PAID OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ORDERS TO AVOID THESE TYPES OF NEGATIVE EXPERIENCES THAT REFLECT BADLY ON THE SERVICE PROVIDERS!!!! One star for a review is even to much!!
What ever you do- DO NOT APPLY FOR LOANS WITH THESE PEOPLE. As part of the original loan application process where you can't proceed without and in their terms and what is understood to be if the loan is accepted they debt your account monthly with subscription fees and charge you even when declined for a loan then when taken on refusing to refund but you need to WhatsApp then with your details to cancel the subscription costs!!! They are ****ers and *******!!
For the past few months I have been struggling to get the retrenchment notice removed from my name. Clear on the credit bureau but not on Capitecs side. I have been back and forth to the bank in person,they have called and emailed -NOTHING HAPPENS I have called , wasted time on hold for no response. Eventually getting the Capitec whatsapp number, spoken to the different agents. First giving me the email address which i have emailed-NOTHING HAPPENS Then I get another number I call and blew my lid through that process on to hear no one can help and if I have a complaint to email the complaint department (See attached the whatsapp chats) I eventually got the number I got through too today who kindly forwarded my emails on for attention. In the past months I needed to apply for a loan to fix my car, but blocked due to this notice. Forced to take a loan with capfin ( because Capitec has not done their part! Needless to say the short term loan barley helped!) Trying again later on apply still to fix my car and then consolidated my loan only to find out it's still against my name. Tried applying everywhere else only to be reclined and can re apply in 3 to 6 months time again!! In the mean time, my gaskit blew, starter completly broken to name a few major repairs now needed my car is standing and forced to sell it as result of the damages I could not repair in time. I work in sales, days is hectic. I'm a single mom, now sitting without my car with possible help from my bank which could not come when I needed it BECAUSE THE NOTICE WAS NEVER REMOVED AND EVERY REQUEST IGNORED!! The branch assistant has called and emailed the department with no success either!! It's cost me enough and frankly more than highly ticked off by the terrible service. I have been happy with Capitec for many years till this headache which seems to be seen as unimportant!! It's been how many years unremoved. How many months of trying with no success. Hoe many different calls, emails, heck the most recent email address given comes back failed saying message box is full!! Leaving you the client with time wasted and no help!! Seriously ridiculous!!
