Where do i even begin? I emailed and called Bonitas but no one listens. On the 25/01/2023 i took my daughter to the Dr and because it was our first consuktation we were told to pay cash and claim from our medical aid. I did exactly that, i sent an email to them on the 30th stating that the refund must be paid to me and not the Dr and i attached the invoice. Bonitas goes ahead and pays the Dr. I called and was told because i did not attach my receipt that i paid to the Dr, they paid the Dr which is nonsense because my email clearly stated that i paid the Dr. I went and claimed from the Dr and this morning i receive another email stating that the funds are being proceesed to the Dr- ***. i sent a mail to the Dr and they replied stating that you guys have reversed the claim. I WANT MY REFUND BONITAS. WHAT MUST I DO TO GET IT???
I resigned from my previous employment effectively on the 30th June 2021. I specifically asked for a part payout and part preservation. To date being the 30th Aug 2021 Momentum tells me they are still checking with SARS!! TWO MONTHS LATER? ARE THEY FOR REAL? I WANT THIS ESCALATED BECAUSE THIS IS NOT ON...to top it all, you send an email today, they take weeks to respond.
So i needed a new prescription and i went to spec savers woodbridge. first of all their service is top notch- very professional. the tests i did i have never done before and the optometrist explained what my problem is and from the questions i was asked, i was given a wide range of options. the turnaround time was 4 weeks but i got a call 2 weeks later to fetch my glasses. even now, i sent them a mail saying my glasses are falling off and they are more than happy to readjust them for me. happiness!

i have sent through all the required documents needed for my name to be cleared. this stupid company still sends me emails to send these documents. like ***! how many times must i do this? is there a director that i can speak to about this tedious company!
I am livid with this company! i was under debt review from 2015 and settled this account through my debt councellors in April 2020 and i have a settlement letter proving this and a paid up letter.They are the only creditor that have still listed me as a bad payer and refuse to clear my name. what in the heavens must i now do for this to be cleared. if i dont get feedback i am contacting the ombudsman this is pathetic. i am so ****ed right now
I have tried calling compuscan and their number is unanswered. they dont respond to emails either. i want my nam,e cleared for one of my accounts and they are not helping. i have sent emails on the 12th June and again on the 3rd July. what else my do now really??
I booked my stay with this hotel to come through in March but then we went under lockdown. after struggling to get a voucher from them, i am now struggling to get booking confirmation for the dates that i selected. i called their stuff members who always lie and say they will send me my booking confirmation and any additonal amounts i need to pay. i regret booking with these people because the worst thing is that they have a no refund policy.

I CALLED LAST WEEK AND WAS ASKED TO PAY AROUN R2 TO GET IT AND I PAID R5. I TOLD MY DEBT COUNCELLORS WHO WERE APALLED WITH THE FACT THAT YOU ASKED ME TO PAY AN AMOUNT THAT YOU COULD HAVE WRITTEN OFF. FAST FOWARD TO TODAY I CALLED THE SAME DEBT REVIEW DEPARTMENT WHO ASKED ME TO PAY THIS AND THEY REFERRED ME TO CLIENT SERVICES 0860112442 AND THERE I WAS TOLD THIS ACCOUNT IS UNDER MY GRANDMOTHERS NAME?? LIKE REALLY? I WAS UNDER DEBT REVIEW FOR THIS NOT MY GRAN. I WAS ASKED TO CALL 0800203925 AND THERE THE NUMBER IS UNANSWERED. BATHONG I NEED MY SETTLEMENT LETTER AND THIS ACCOUNT CLOSED. I NEED FEEDBACK ON THIS AS IN YESTERDAY FOR MY NAME TO BE CLEARED
I was paying my ticket in 4 instalments as arranged with this agency. i paid uo and sent all proof of payments to this stupid agency who neverf came back to me with the last paymentg and now the payment was not updated and shows that i still owe them. no one answers the phone or emails there. its very much expected of such behaviour given thatg they are typical government emloyees. i am nolt paying a ceny mre to them and they had ****** well update their records. such incompetence is uncalled for! yerr
