Cancelled the contract from the 8th of February however to this day it has not been cancelled. Th4 contract ended on the 27th of January.
They are billing for a contract that is non existence, after telling them that I've sold the car they handed me over to their debt collection agency without resolving my query with their credit control department. very unprofessional service thatt I got.
I PAID FOR A SPA TREATMENT FOR TWO PEOPLE LAST YEAR DECEMBER, DUE TO UNFORESEEN EVENTS COULD NOT ATTEND. I KEPT CALLING THE SPA FOR ANOTHER APPOINTMENT I WAS TOLD THAT I CAN'T COME BACK ON THE DATE OF THE APPOINTMENT. I WENT TO THE SPA FOR A REFUND I WAS TOLD I CANNOT GET A REFUND BECAUSE THE SPECIAL HAS EXPERIRED. WHICH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHERE NOT EXPLAINED, SPOKE TO THE MANAGER KIM WHO PROMISED TO CALL ME BUT DID NOT CALL BACK.
I made a payment of R1337.00 to settle my account, but my account has not been settled to date. I have called Home Choice to complain no assistance till thus far, bad attitudes, incompetent staff. I have send emails in December to date no response.
