Not Sanlam deducting funds from my account every month and unable to give me policy documents, getting transferred to Sanlam Sky, Platinum Life, and nobody seems to know what is happening, this is unbelievable....

DSTV is unable to help me turn off the viewing after asking them from the 30th March 2023. Call centre sending me from Pillar to post and in the end NO HELP. Who is accumulating the bill? I am so upset. Who designs a system that you cannot manage?
So upon enquiring about a policy I took in 1997 for my family and interested in reviewing it I was told by the digital call center that there is nothing I can do with this policy, it remains like that and there is absolutely nothing they can do. What happened to alternative advice and advising clients, for obvious reasons I cannot cancel the polity since I've been paying for it since 1997. I am very disappointed with your pathetic service.
