I wish I had looked here first before engaging BOS to move my household goods to the UK. My story is the same as many others, they were very attentive up front, but as soon as our goods were in the truck we never spoke to Shaun, Taryn again. They sold us **** insurance, and never paid the onward delivery crew. They are *******, ****mers and ****. Do not give them any money
Mildo did a window replacement at our house. and despite some confusion about the window size initially, They were done, on time and as advertised.
I had an accident (100% not my fault) mid Sept 2019. It took 6 weeks to have my car repaired (replace a bumper, no serious metalwork or wiring) I paid the excess upfront to the auto shop to speed things up. They still took 2 weeks to do the (by their own estimate) 5-day job, as the supplier sent the wrong parts. So the prepayment made no difference. After that, it took Miway almost another 4 weeks to get the invoice back. Despite repeated calls. Miway were unable to start the process of claiming my excess back from the third party without the invoice. So by end Jan 4 MONTHS later there was still no progress. I finally got a call mid FEB to say that the payment has been approved, Not made mind you, just approved and that it might take a further month before the money reflects in my account. In this whole story the fault never lay with Miway (according to their processes) But they sure as hell did nothing to speed it along or let me know that they actually had MY interests at heart. So nothing was done by them that was wrong, they just treated their customer like they are unimportant. Unimpressive, but par for the course with insurance.
I placed an order over 2 months ago. No local number to call. No response from their support email. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
