smartbuyglasses.za is NOT South African Currently my order is in Hong Kong From the moment I ordered, it has been non stop issues From weird requests needing my ID to verify my purchase (which had been debited from my account already!) To customs releases (when the glasses are not even in SA) To saying they are shipped when they are not To saying they are delayed - but you told me they were shipped To don't worry, you will get them soon, that was weeks ago Just do not go this route, do not cut corners Do your research and stay away I would actually prefer a refund of my money, so I can put this painful experience to bed

I moved from Nedbank to FNB mid May. No stress here. When quoted, I was quoted for ebucks. I waited for all of June, while spending on active cards to see my ebucks appear in July - an arrears principle which I was comfortable with. July, no ebucks on my profile. I am now told someone didn't link the accounts, so I can only accrue points from July onwards. I have spent a small fortune on my cards, and the main benefit for moving banks has now not accrued. This is unacceptable, and probably a breach of contract. Resolution of the June points is the only acceptable answer.
