Disastrous mail service

You need to add a Zero Star rating :) Mail has been disrupted at the Glenstanstia,0010 post box hub due to rental for the kiosk not being paid for several months by SAPO. The landlord has cancelled the lease and found mail strewn all over the interior floor resulting in hundreds of bags of mail being collected by the landlord and being delivered back to the central SAPO distribution centre. No clarity on whether post box service will be resumed or disrupted indefinitely. Photograph of the interior of the kiosk is available showing the mess. Have sent complaint through to DG and Minister of Communications and Technologies, but doubt if I will receive a response.
