Trying to follow up on my Fibre installation through Mweb call center - but nobody answers!!! tried all numbers available on website. Is this is prelude to the poor service I am going to receive? No email support address, no chat service. If you only going to have a phone number, then answer it!
On Sterkinekor website, Emoji movie 11h45 for Cresta 1st Oct advertised as Prestige, but when when arriving at cinema it is not in Prestige!!!! Disappointed children and irritated!!!
I have tried to transfer my RA from Old Mutual to another provider following the section 14 transfer process. Nothing but delays and just no result. The new provider Allan Gray has been great, all over Old Mutual and ready to proceed, but Old Mutual just lags behind - Very poor service and provider!

So I decided to go to your Cresta branch on Monday 3rd Oct, at 09h30 and again at 10h30, when walking into your shop, no one greeted me, helped me or acknowledged me....so I walked out...probably never to return. Was looking to buy an LTE router and data, but will just use my Vodacom phone as a hotspot instead - Sorry, nearly there, but not quite!!!!</p>

On 8th March I tried to purchase a Samsung Sounbar using discovery miles with sameday delivery. Basically the miles went out of my Discovery Miles account, but Takealot order says still awaiting payment, when trying to pay through the PAYU gateway my discovery miles are gone. I have contacted Discovery and Takelot several times and no resolution - no soundbar for my wifes party on Saturday 12th March!!!! Why am I the customer trying to resolve a back office issue -can somebody please fix this so I can get my purchase before Saturday and somebody phone me - enough with emails?
