Our mother died almost a year ago, her will, estate and Sanlam pension that we were supposed to inherrit is still pending. We as a family are struggling. It is just one excusse after another. We are also clients at Capital legacy, and if it take amost a year without answers on my mom's case, we would rather look for a company who put the clients first. While we are aware that funds are due to the estate from the pension benefit, we are unfortunately still uncertain as to the exact amount that will be received. Please note that, due to the uncommon requirements set by the pension fund, we are doing our utmost to obtain the necessary bank confirmation reflecting the Executor’s details. This has been escalated to management for further assistance, however, as this is not a standard request, it is taking longer than anticipated to resolve. In addition, we are still awaiting feedback from the Master’s Office regarding permission to proceed with the further administration of the estate. We appreciate your patience during this process and want to assure you that we are actively following up on all outstanding matters and will provide updates as soon as progress is made. Very poor service, i reported a fiber line fault from last Thursday without and real response, just to reset my dam router. I am not an idiot, so i asked in the query page for assistance but never recieved it. Now they want a months payment...sorry but its not going to happen. I took a month to month contract. And since my connection is down for a week now you own me a weeks money. Please dont ever use this company, if you tried to phone u wil be kept on the line for over 45 min and when you finnaly reach a human to talk to they cutt u off. I wasted over R275 of airtime and gain sweet nothing. Wil never advised anybody to deal with them
