I am trying to get FNB to reverse the HomeLoan debit order. The house in question is undergoing a sale and prior to the debit order date the cancellation was submitted. I have been sent from pillar to post after going through the secure chat facility subsequently the HomeLoan département with calls being cut. Later was told of deceased estate department also no help. Shoo I am so happy that this house is sold and dealings with FNB will come to an end from a HomeLoan perspective. Afterall being my main bank they are doing nothing for me to reward me for loyalty to them after so many years. Our new house was funded by their one of their competitor so for me to keep them as my main banking account will have to be ceased. That said will be able to slowly be moving all my debits to a better bank with service.
I submitted a request for Absa to retrieve my car papers that I finished paying years ago. I was requested to make a pmt and submit necessary paper work. I was advised that their turn around time is 7-10 working days. It is now a month and haven't received a thing. No number is furnished to make contact except the mail address which to me just a robot. The service is so pathetic.
My account was used fraudulently whereby goods in excess of R 11 000 was bought at the Game store. I reported the matter to the RCS and still to date nothing has been done to resolve issue at hand. I have send all the relevant docs that were required but to date no update or any sign of resolving the issue. My bank account is being debited every month for a this incurred debt that am not benefiting at all. Unfortunately cannot stop this debit in fear of being blacklisted. I am very furious and will never buy from Game in future.
My account was used fraudulently and have brought this to the attention of Game. Forensics is handling my case but to date nothing has been done. I was required to provide few docs of which was submitted without failure. I am being debited every month for a debt that is not mine. Because I don't want to be blacklisted have allowed this to continue so as to not tarnish my credit record. I am very unhappy customer and must warn you customers of fraud within Game stores that cannot even be resolved internally. I will never do business with Game ever.
I have a tyre cover with Bidvest which I pay every month without fail. Recently I submitted a claim for a tyre that was damaged by a pot hole on the side. My claim was rejected because I was told that it was through wear and tear. The sad part is that I bought 2 brand new tyres from Mercedes last year and 12 months later am told of wear and tear where else my tyre was damaged by a pot hole and damage was on the side of the tyre. Subsequently I lodged a complaint in this regard and to date was not attended to or addressed.
I submitted a geyser claim & last week recommended plumber cane to replace our solar geyser. The geyser was installed & replaced successfully. Few days down line no pressure in hot water and no hot water. Reported again to insurance and same plumber was sent after we did not have hot water for 2 days. They couldn’t resolve as they needed a certain spanner. They came again today and left us in the same situation now but with pressure but no hot water. Tried calling plumber to no avail and insurance. Worst service in my life. What we see on TV is opposite and that said will be cancelling my insurance with Outsourance. Very ☹️ Disappointed ☹️
On the 15th Feb I bought electricity vouchers for R 1 000 via FNB app in the morning and still to date haven't received my token #. I called to report the issue and was advised that they were experiencing delays. I made them aware of my electricity being low and could go off at any time and was advised to go buy from the supermarkets. I went and acquired for R 100 to buy time. The commitment I received was that will receive the token # before the end of the day on Sunday. That did not happen as the next day I had to incur additional cost as I acquired R 500 vouchers as it is a costly exercise to buy in small amounts. Today is Tuesday and still to date haven't received the token #. I called yesterday and was sent from pillar to post eventually I gave up. I am so fed up with FNB in all aspects as last time I reported an Ebucks issue which was never resolved and just had to live with it. Now my R 1 000 is also down the drain. Imagine the inconvenience caused and the driving around to buy this electricity from the supermarkets. I am so disappointed with this bank and all I can say is I give up.
FNB has failed to resolve my Ebucks issue that was created by them. They are a big bank who am I am just a number so the best thing will be to get Myself a bank that will have my best interest at heart. After being them since 2004 I guess my season with them has come to an end. I will start my journey of moving my account else here.
I was moved to private wealth status last year. Since this move I am experiencing endless issues. Recently I went to bank to complain about my Ebucks not acquiring any points as it should still to date no one called me in that regard. I then used the secure chat to request for assistance and was told that my accounts are misaligned. I have been using my creditors snd garage card to acquire this points so that I can use in December. This was my first December I find myself with noT enough points despite my expenditure on this cards. I am so disappointed and feel hard done. I need FNB to recompesate me as this was not my doing.
