Just poor communication and service

Order is over a month already and received an email saying ready to be shipped what does that mean and when using the online chat no response or email from them, thie year DC books is doing poorly. Order #DC31949

USELESS

Request to take my number off their system , which was used by my deceased mother a couple of months back to call MBD as she had no airtime and now they keep calling it (my son is now using this number and he is 17) and the request to remove the number has not been acknowledged or processed. MDB even keeps calling my deceased mothers number even after informing them of her death which happened on 26 March 2025. This business should be burnt to the ground, they have no system that can capture requests to remove a number (that is not owned by my deceased mother) unless you use there stupid form, useless

Billing/invoicing a joke

Do not pay them a cent until after a month and a half, cause their invoicing is useless and payments made by your medical aid will not show after 2 weeks of them paying. you will be paying for nothing.

Vultures and POPIA breakers

They are useless and do not listen to people, and they just keep spamming, even after requesting them to remove a number, which is against POPIA, they are vultures and keep phoninng everyday for the same reason, which after been told it is impossible they just keep calling calling = insanity. Please never allow someone who has a loan bought by these vultures, to use your phone, as MBD will keep spamming your number, and even after multiple requests to remove a number they still keep phoning and even before 7am and they just cold call and put the phone down in your ear. This company needs to be investigated by the regulator.

Incorrect inoice amount

Was charges R270 but on the receipt it show R237 whenchecking my invoice that was sent. Whart ****, The invoice should show R270. Also do not use UberX car was disgusting
