I would really have liked to leave WesBank a 5/5 rating. The vehicle finance process was honestly completely painless. Everything was done digitally, and they kept me up to date with sms's. Excellent job guys. Unfortunately, they decided to give my details to "The Engine Room" which is without a doubt the most USELESS company. They've called me about 8 times now trying to sell me different service. 3 of the times was for a service plan. After the 2nd call I asked them to stop calling me, and yet here I am. Shame on you Wesbank for sharing my details with these amateurs!
They've called me more than 8 times since I purchases my vehicle, repeatedly wanting to sell me a service plan. I originally wanted to accepted the scratch & dent plan, but then Charlotte Mokhesi failed to send me the invoice for the 3 year prepayment. She also doesn't respond to my emails. If this is how they treat potential customers, then I feel really sorry for real customers. Shame on Wesbank for giving my details to this pathetic company
