I canceled my fiber month to month subscription with them in January they keep debiting my account and they refuse to refund me. They said it will take 10days I am still waiting to date.
I cancelled my line in January 2026 on the app however the line has nit been cancelled to date . They debit my account everymonth and this month they debited R 1102.00 I have been waiting for over an hour for their urgent to explain what thi amount is for ??????
I placed an order on 25/11/2025 to date my base and headboard is still on back order , I have to call or email for me to get an update . I paid for a bed on the 25/11/2025 .
I tried to renew my disk on the 29/03/22 online on the post office website . On the 16/05/22 i requested a refund because i had not received my **** nor was there feedback .I sent all the paperwork to a Precious and today she requests me to resend the form after she had told me last week that my refund was being processed . I escalated it to a Pamela and I am still waiting for feedback .
