Shoes
I bought a pair of shoes on fb on the 25 August 2023 and no delivery was made until today. Everytime when I phone to ask why the long wait, they said the boxes had not unpacked yet. When I send a mail, they ask the Invoice no. and that has been done 4 times already. Still no shoes. Payment was made the same day and since then nothing. I know for now that there are a lot of customers sitting with the same problem. The address on the Invoice shows that it is in a storage plot. I am a pensioner and cannot afford to lose R450.00. They made promises that they will look into the case and then ask for Invoice no again. After that nothing. Nearly three months!!!!!!
