The worst online support I have ever experienced they don’t come back to you they don’t follow up and they give you the wrong information I ordered an item and due date for delivery was 11 December I still have not received it and I have been phoning numerous times and I get told it is being escalated but nothing happens. Very sad to receive such bad service
<p>i bought a box of bokomo ****utro (strawberry flaviour 750g) on Friday 6 05 2016 from Checkers Wesgate Mall</p> <p>on Sunday when we opened the box it had a funny smell and a mouldy look on the inside of the sealed packaging.</p> <p>i contacted Pioneer foods and reported the matter (i explainded they took my detail and that of the product gave me a reference number 400033750) and said the rep will come fetch the product then they will send it for testing and between 7 and 14 days they will revered back on the findings... now i know that you need to look into the matter but i am the customer that bought your product and you dont need to do testin to see the product was old and had a smell. so i will try and get my own testing done and spend more money as currently i have spend double the amount of money that your product is worse and that is only to report to you that you made an error and that something is wrong with your product we will see how much it will cost me to proof it then i will take you to court as i see quite a number of people complain about the product and your process that leaves the customer hanging and paying more at the end of the day for your mistakes, that is not fair.</p>
