Top class service and product delivered. On three fronts - I urgently needed a unique part for a vehicle that needed repair right over Christmas and New Year. Not only did they have the part but also sent of off within 12 hours when everyone else was on leave. I received it is great condition within 2 days. Very impressed with these guys and will use them again.
Long story about ordering through ORMS for a Fujifilm lens I needed urgently. ORMS said it was in stock but it wasn't and didn't care! Contacting Fujifilm was amazing and they went way out of their way to have the product ready for immediate collection at their warehouse in Johannesburg. I was able to have it collected (no hassle - they were expecting us and it was ready to go - felt rather special actually) and delivered to see as I passed through ORT out of thee country. So, so impressed with FujiFilm service!
Ordered a lens needed urgently for an International trip and engagement. Showed as in-stock on the online store BUT as I see happens too often with ORMS the product was in fact not available and I was advised by Andre he would let me know when they arrive and he could not help further when asked to do so. I contacted FujiiFilm head office direct and easily arranged with them for a collection from their warehouse and had the lens delivered to me at the ORT airport the following day as I flew through. FujiFilm are great - ORMS terrible. ORMS hide behind a para in their invoice/order which says they may not have the item in stock between order and payment (which was immediate) and I seriously doubt these lens are flying off the shelves. They are no longer an online store but an online order and sometime fulfilment company like so many others. If you prepared to wait, and wait and wait while they hold on to your money so you can't do anything else - go ahead. I won't be doing so again ever!
