Worst service EVER....I wont be surprised if this website is a total ****. I bought a TV remote from them on the 17th September 2025. On the 18th i noticed that my order has not been processed,so i thought OK i will wait until the 19th to see what happens. Still my order was not processed so i send email (which they obvious did not answer back) and phoned them the afternoon of 19th. The guy said that he will look into the matter and phone me back within 30min (i am still waiting for his call). I phoned again on 20th and spoke to a lady, she also said i will phone you within 15min back(which also did not happen), so i phoned again an hour later and the same guy as on the 19th answered. I told him he never got back to me and asked if there was a problem. He told me that he will send me a whats up message that i must open and look at but until now still nothing !! If something smells like a rat...it usually is a rat !! Stay alert and stay away of this website !!
I have submitted a claim more than 2 months ago. It is impossible to contact any representative of Instant Life because they just dont answer their phones and do not reply on any of my emails. I find this unnecessary delay tactics very unprofessional.
Service History check. I want to buy a used BMW 2010 X5 model which have a up to date , stamped, Full Service History from BMW from a dealer in Pretoria. I had a look at the vehichle and it came to my attention that the license disk on the vehichle expired on 31/10/2018...so i found it strange that it could have an up to date service history from BMW. So i called BMW customer service on 0800600555 to inquire about the authentication of the service history. I got told that BMW can not confirm such a request if i am not the registered owner of the vehicle ? So if the Agents cant even confirm their own services i smell a rat...Thank you BMW for shifting my interest to the Mercedes Benz right next door with whom i had absolute no problem to confirm the service history on one of their used vehicles...!!
I am a Vodacom Prepaid client. I lost my phone over the weekend and tried to do a sim swop on Saturday 7 March. The operator at Vodacom customer care informed me that i have a "contract" with RMCS and must phone them to do a sim swop. I have never ever had a contract with RMCS and when i phoned them they informed me that i must visit a vodacom outlet to get a new contract sim card ? How can i get a contract sim card when i am on prepaid ? This is totally unecceptable and i want some answers about this so called "contract". Luckily for the new consumer act i would be able to sue for inconvenience....and that will include Vodacom and RMCS. These 2 companies are working together and i can smell a rat !!
I ordered a jacket from them 13 July 2017. After the second attempt to get a tracking number from them they send me a false tracking number 28 July 2017. After numerous attempts to get an answer from them they just ignore all my emails and do not respond. This is a online scam. I have contacted FNB (their bank) to inform them of this fraudsters so that they can investigate their accounts. Ray Ellis and his accomplice Shadi Motshoane , supposedly from the SA Postal Service, works together. Trends Clothing must be stopped.
