Dishonest information regarding refunds
False information on cancellation and refunds. I by accident upgraded my package instead of renewing. I immediately realised my mistake. And although the upgrade had it in big letters that if you cancel within 14 days you can get a refund they are not willing to refund me. I have tried my best chatting online to their "experts". I suddenly do not qualify for a refund. It is ALOT of money in South African Rand0 replies
