Too often we are quick to criticise and rarely make the effort to spread a good word ... So I would just like to say how impressed I am with your online and delivery services ...<br> <br> I called your customer service yesterday to enquire about a small flower order. I was assisted by a very helpful lady who told me what to do. I sent an email with my request and quickly got a response with the invoice. I made the payment and sent the proof of payment through the email and was assured that it had been received and my order is being processed.<br> <br> I was so surprised at the proficiency of the people who assisted with my order as not even an hour after my order was placed, the flowers were delivered. No mess. No fuss.<br> <br> I am pleasantly surprised and would like to thank those who made this happen so smoothly:<br> Nolly and Tebogo you were super!<br> I would absolutely recommend your services to friends and family.<br> Kindest regards
I was standing aside with our trolley waiting for my sister to finish paying, in this time I was pushed into a corner by bustling customers when a couple simply reached into my trolley & took my cellphone out of the nappy bag with a toddler sitting right next to it.<br> As I looked around for assistance I found nobody from the shop nor any security guards on the floor, only the staff working at the paying counters.<br> When we asked them if we could please see the security footage so that we can identify this couple, they merely said that there are no cameras in this store.<br> The staff were very unhelpful & simply replied with a \Sorry"which I find poor customer service.<br> <br> Looking back I found it a bit strange that there were no security guards"
We dined at Tonis for the 1st time after many recommendations. I booked a table a day in advance to ensure a decent seat.<br> On arrival we were half heartedly greeted & seated at a table right in the door way, next to the POS station, this was already a disappointing start. I moved my own chair away from the POS station to ensure waiters could actually access the POS. The entire evening we were staring into faces of waiting customers which made us feel rushed.<br> Our waiter did not introduce himself nor was his name on the receipt, we had to use hand gestures to get his attention, which I find rude.<br> We ordered the Pollo, Butternut & Lamb pizza & only later were we informed that there was no chicken & that there hasn't been all day. I was about to place my new order & was re-informed that there was in fact some chicken & I stuck to my original order.<br> 2 of our pizzas were out in a flash & were served by another waiter, who we then had to inform that 1 pizza is still missing. Only after a while did it arrive.<br> Not once did any waiter nor manager ask if we were enjoying the meal or evening.<br> To our dismay we only later found out that we were served off chicken & were sick throughout the night.
