Just plain bad
Unnessecery delays in paying out funds,not just two pot at the moment but all platforms.from stalling to canseling withdraws tk blaming tax .once a week last minute uodate whatsapps.to even in my wifes case sending abpayout form to the wrong person with sensitive details on

Will never suport pr attend any event they host. Waiting 14 day for a rwfund that was requested on the 2nd of october.they have problems in the finance dept.take peoples money but cant refund them

After getting 2 debichecks on my account i still dont have the money.i keep getting the same emails to accept debicheck before 20:00 now on day 2 i get another debicheck mandate on account. No one gets back to me

Opened an account 2 weeks ago,ordered online on my account and was charged for delivery,more than 2 weeks later still haven't received my package,when i phone they keep me talking for more than 10 min transferring me 3 times,still no callback or answer

not doing their duty
2 years ago i complained about this practice and still no answer or reply,we have been waiting 5 year for our water and lights refund and each time i phone they have stories, they get paid to manage your home sale but as soon as its done you don't get any other service.my father has since passed and still my mother is waiting. they said the municipality owes me the money yet i have all the documents and reffreces from them

beware and dont do bussines with them
please dont tust these people,they take 2 weeks after taking money to then say they dont have stock,then make you take another phone only to tell you it will take another 7 days,so you end up paying twise and you still dont have a phone.they lie and cover themselfs.please beware and dont do bussines with them

Bad customer service
Bad service. Advertised 5 to 7 days to deliver a contract phone, they take a 300 once off fee and then you dont receive the phone, keep telling you there is no stock ot will be dispatched when they receive stock
