No after sales sales

Bought a few items from them .. no after sales service. Tried to return an inverter that failed after 24 hrs. They kept insisting I send them pictures of the damage . It's an electronic device . For that to happen I would have had to dismantle the product and void the guarantee. I eventually through the product away.i will never engage in business with these ******* again!
