Another day without internet tht is paid for their service is really bad so im paying full for half the service i really didnt exspect this when i signed up with them.i am so inconvenienced cant do my work will have to give out unnecessary money to get data to catch up wich i will not be re embursed for this really sucks and i had about enough nw
Im si dissapointed of the customer service i received from Webafrica im without internet service for a day and a half now wich i paid full and no one even bothers to assist me with me problem im trying to get some assistance since yesterday already but nothing. I really wouldnt suggest u to anyone else
Ive installed fibre through Webafrica a d paid a full months subscription. INSTALLATION HAPPENED ON THE 18th and My line went active on the 21st of October 2021. This morning the stopped my service looking for another payment wich is ridiculous and ive been struggling for more then 2 hours to get assistance from them. So nw im sitting without internet service wich i paid for already. Their service sucks im ****ed at myself for using their service
Their management staff in kayalitsha is pathetic because they don't know how to communicate over the telephone they treat their staff like **** and threaten them with their jobs when they are off sick.They have people in management positions that is not qualified to do the job and dnt know how to talk to people had one incident where the person in charge threw the phone down in my face while i was still explaining something.
