Absolute worst and unprofessional delivery company, I can not believe that a company like Vodacom would use their services to deliver clients online orders. Day 4 still no delivery, spoke to 3 call center agents + escalated to manager on call, all have different stories so unprofessional, empty promises still no delivery. All have escalated the issue with no delivery and promised to phone me back with an answer still waiting not a single phone call back. Vodacom you going to lose valuable customers with this useless delivery service.
Appalling service from Virgin Active Randburg especially the so called Club Manger Mr Ashley Paul - No care attitude about their customers, mentality of the 3rd world , thinks he’s very important way more important than customers paying his salary, basically , been with VA Randburg over 15 years SADLY and the service - none existent - facilities just gone down completely - roof is leaking al*****, men's toilettes total 3rd word facilities , always dirty not even as simple as light when there is load shedding in the men's room – TOTAL DARKNESS. Please do not waste your money or valuable time in this Gym AS THEY JUST DON’T CARE, moved to Planet fitness recently and super happy, awesome staff always friendly and helpful, always have power and amazing facilities – clean and everything works , you get for what you pay at Planet fitness!
Moving property and requested transfer of home fiber to new location within the same suburb, after sending first email 30 May already for move in 1 July. Received an email yesterday 06/09,...the fiber can not be transferred and setup at new House, have to cancel and Pay R 2800 on penalty fees for cancelation, What a Joke Vox, are you telling me that your customer's don't move house, surely this should be catered for ? And then you want me to sign up a new deal again at the new location... will certainly NOT get my business going forward.
Just found out ADT black listed me for an amount of R2500, debit order been goin of every single month, most useless company , I will be taking legal action against you and yet again no bill being emailed and your call center is useless . NOTE I WILL CANCEL YOUR USELESS SERVICE ALSO! Good luck with your business!
FIDELITY ADT , Battery only last max 2 hours, every time we have load shedding the battery runs flat and when the power goes up they phone and send out a guard because the alarm was activated. What dont you understand ADT, It Is not an alarm activation if there is no power!!!! And then you charge additional for every call out that I did not authorize, this is just away to make more money, extra R300 a month on top of the R560 FOR WHATTTTTT ! Come install a battery that actuality last more that 8 hours seeing we being load shedded 27/7 or cancel my contact. Customer service is the worst speaking to incompetent people , they have no clue.
Do not service your BMW @ JSN Motors, unprofessional management and Service advisor not doing her Job. Was told a part was received on Monday and should bring my car in today(Thursday) for fitment , 2pm they phone me oh sorry BMW slipped up and delivered the wrong parts we can’t do anything with the car please bring it back next year, it takes them the whole week and morning to figure this out, Excellent service really and then then to top it off so called “Manager” Robyn, completely unprofessional gives me attitude because I'm upset. This is not the first time having issues with JSN motors service , they are unprofessional stay away.
Shocking Services and over charging for call outs. Fidelity ADt Only gives 4 Call outs a month, anything more you get charged for additional each month. Usesless call center agents either does not phone when alarm is activated then get charged for an additional call out I Did Not approve, or they phone to late when alarm is activated and still charged for an additional call out. SO NOT impressed with Adt , Do NOT USE THIS SECURITY COMPANY! But None of these additional charges was ever mentioned when signing up with them, false advertising Do not use them!
Policy not paying out on Legal Beneficiary clearly listed on policy. Worst service from Liberty at most difficult time of your life. Been more that 40 days after submitting a death claim for a very small amount on an RA. numerous emails only one response after 30 days, now asking for "An affidavit confirmation from the deceased`s son confirming that he was not financially dependent on the deceased." I'm the only beneficiary 100% share , it seems they making excuses not to pay such a small amount , this is Illegal. I will NEVER take out any Liberty's products or recommend ANYONE to do so. Appalling .
