Woolworths don't provide delivery note & won't allow returns without it?
Bought Witchery trousers for my mother online. when I opened it, there was no delivery note or any paperwork. The trousers don't fit and now they won't let me return them. Don't buy from Woolworths online, rather go to a physical store

Harrassment by SABC
I am someone who pays my TV Licence on time every year. I am now receiving repeated, harrassing SMS's from the SABC for some other person I've never heard of telling her to pay her TV Licence. No matter how hard I try, I am unable to stop these fools from sending these harrassing messages

I&J got to take me for a fool once
Just bought I & J HADDOCK, which is not haddock but smoked hake dyed orange. Unfortunately took me for a fool. No longer buying I&J products plus Douglasdale PnP is slowly phasing out the products I like so it's a matter of time before I change completely to Checkers.

Utterly Inept Company
I have just rated a Telkom telephone operator very low, however she was the one person in all my calls to Telkom today, that actually helped me. Unfortunately she will now be rated badly by her company, purely because the company is utterly, crashingly inept. I've been trying to get my account balance from them. I've begged for it to be emailed. I've tried all the wonderful options they offer and they ALL DO NOT WORK. Their website doesn't know my ID number when I try to log in, when I've been with them for years!! They try to send me a one time password to my landline number!! Their telephone options send you through to all the wrong departments so I've had to call numerous times and now, to get through to billing I have to select option 2, type in 10 zeroes, then select option 2 again...I had to be coached in how to get past their defective phones, woww. They need to do something. Their staff must be doing their heads in!!

Wakes me on my weekend and couldn't care less
Woken up on Saturday morning by a MiWay phone marketer. Told him he woke me up and no thanks, but the guy carries on talking!! MiWay clearly cares about the bottom line only and not about human beings. Definitely not interested even if I change! P.S. No thanks, I don't want another call now from MiWay!!

Good things never last
Sad that Takealot is now trying to get more bucks out of their customers and no longer offering free delivery. I was a constant customer but good things never last. Anyway, now I'll be doing a lot more price investigation and comparison with this extra R75 delivery fee (no way I'm paying a subscription) and be going elsewhere for lower prices. Certainly gives other organisations an in. Also, happily, this will reduce my spending! Always a bright side if you look for it :-)

Number in the machine
Trying to get my tax certificate. I tried to login to discovery and there's a 2-step verification that supposedly sends an OTP to my cell number. Except it doesn't. So now I sit on the phone with Discovery helpdesk listening to classical music while a voice tells me that the consultants that aren't coming onto the phone with me are apparently very skilled...just a pity they're too busy to answer my call. How I sometimes adore the modern world!

Hellish day of sub-par service
My poor 89 year old mother has been blocked out of her account, and standard bank just does that, no-one calls to resolve it, it's just ok to block her from accessing her funds. The issues this bank creates for her are incredible. Now I, her daughter, who is a 'Prestige Banker', sounds fancy...it's not, can't get hold of prestige services as the number on standard bank for 'Prestige Banking' doesn't work...needless to say, I'm enchanted to point of nausea at this stage.

Bad Service!
1 till open for big trollies and the rest 10 items or less this Saturday. I complained so they told me to go to one of their tiny 10 items tills. I told them how inconvenient it was to load a big shop on the tiny surface and the lady at the till thought it was hilarious, even when I explained that I could go to Spar if she'd prefer that. I shopped at Spar when you did your revamp and you advertised to me madly to bring me back but not if the staff couldn't give a damn. I'll be gone again and this time for good. Perhaps one customer is unimportant. Certainly seems that way...
