Very unprofessional realtors. Offer no support to tenants. Won't help resolve anything, very complacent and lack of interest in tenants well being. High staff turnover, we were very rudely addressed by the first realtor Stefan, who subsequently resigned from the company. Safety hazards around the property are not being attended too. Took 33 days to replace an intercom system. Try any other realtor in the area they don't have a service driven attitude and won't lift a finger even to reply to an email.
Think carefully before singing up with them as they offer no service, the internet is slow unreliable and if something goes wrong over a weekend or public holiday there is no one willing to assist you. This company does not have 24 hour tech support nor will it get a problem fixed within a reasonable time. If you have to choose a internet service provider rather choose Telkom. SADV is a disgrace to South Africa's private sector. Our whole block has had no internet since the 30th of December 2015 and still not online today (7 January). <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
