Medway Co-payment Cover Removal Without Notice
We've been with Medway for 10 years now as a gap cover, meant for all medical aid shortfalls and co-payments. Now that I claim for a co-payment I discover they have changed their policy in the past year, no email or communication of this significant cover change. UNISA Tole-free Call Centre Without Answer
My wife applied for their teachers short learning program last year the day admissions opened. Documents submitted and fee paid, yet we haven't heard anything back. When we select to track her application status the website says she must apply for a formal student number... Then their tole-free puts you on hold indefinitely, right now I have been on hold for 2:30hrs and I have been calling when and where I can this past week...0 replies
