I've been trying for months to EXPAND WALLET but the LEARN MORE says its UNDER REVIEW. ref: A3-BGEN-C7NUZ When trying to expand wallet to my current number I get the error: THIS ID NUMBER IS ALREADY LINKED TO A WALLET. CHANGE ID NUMBER !!!!!! After eventually TALKING to someone, they insist that I have a wallet so I remembered that I must have expanded ON AN OLD, INACTIVE NUMBER. WHY DIDN'T VODACOM PICK UP ON THIS AND DEACTIVATE THE OLD WALLET ON A AN OLD (RECYCLED?) NUMBER.. I logged a call and its TWO DAYS and they still haven't unlinked the wallet. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO UNLINK ? NOTE : I was a senior manager at vodacom and mtn so know that this literally takes 15 minutes so its appalling service and I use other csp to load data so they lost money.
Was told system was down so a data downgrade could not be done. I waited 3 months after upgrading but had too much data but was told it should be a 6 months wait. I returned an hour later but was again told "OMSERVER IS DOWN". I asked to speak to the manager and suddenly my request was processed. Unfortunately, my main (voice) number was not activated by Saturday but my 2nd data Sim was. Called 10213 on Saturday and spoke to a very helpful agent but after half hour, it could not be resolved so I COULD NOT DO BANKING and receive OTP. They said My main Sim could not be activated "as it was the weekend ". A CALLBACK FROM A MANAGER was logged (using another working number on my dualsim phone) but NO CALL WAS RECEIVED. I called 10213 on monday again but was told to go into baywest, which i did. HOW can the front-end system state that my Sim is active but IT'S NOT PROVISIONED on thd backend ? ie. NOT REGISTERED ON THE NETWORK? Why can't telkom get this right as i had the same problem when I first added a data package and extra data Sim. I was called on Monday at 5.30pm by telkom that promised I will be online by 7.30pm so am waiting. 3.5 days without service is NOT ACCEPTABLE as that Sim is used to validate many accounts. Please have a dedicated number that one can call if the system is down or an agent is unhelpful...
WHY cant they publish possible downtime when upgrading BEFOREHAND ? Don't they realise that clients may be stranded when paying ? Isn't this pathetic customer service ? its normal IT PRACTICE to FREEZE UPGRADES over December.
OZOW deposits on android app STILL NOT WORKING AFTER 3 WEEKS and I reported it. WHY WHY WHY when one selects QUICKPIK, it shows QP,QP,QP,QP,QP,QP ? Is the BA and/or designer fresh out of school ? Installed latest app on android. Ozow payments not working still after 1 week. PAGE NOT FOUND. Who tests this app .... who signs it into production. New app but outdated features. NO BULK BUYING. Designed by teens for teens ? Time wasted waiting for scrolling to get to the game one wants to play... a step in the WRING DIRECTION as the old app shows all games on 1 page. TOO MANY NONSENSICAL CONFIRMATIONS. Even banks dont ask one to confirm when paying. Cannot add tickets to BASKET as before... PATHETIC DESIGN.
Android app still not working on samsung phone. I tried to install on another samsung phone but the message... THIS APP CAN REQUEST SENSITIVE DATA. THIS CAN INCREASE THE RISK OF IDENTITY THEFT OR FINANCIAL *****. What has changed ? Are the new lottery operators putting us at (*****) risk ? Fix the app AND reduce the lotto numbers to its original as it gives us less probability to win but makes more money for the operators. IS THIS LEGAL ?
Android app not working. No payout value for daily lotto. WHY must one re-save saved numbers and why must one shake the phone to reveal quickpick. Its pathetic design that wastes time. Get professional IT people to redo that app.
WHY CANT THE ISSUE OF NOT RECEIVING A VERIFICATION CODE BE RESOLVED ? This happened a few times before and is frustrating. If pps cant get this right, then allow the code to be sent via email. HOW CAN ONE WAIT 120 MINUTES to receive a code ?
