SCAMMERS!
WE CARE GARDEN / APPLIANCES 247 PTY LTD Not too long ago going by the name of WE CARE REFRIGERATION. Our fridge packed up and we contacted We Care Refrigeration for a quote. They came out and assessed the fridge, then asked me for a call out fee of R250, which was not discussed upfront. I then had to follow up for the quote, which I see is in the same of We Care Garden / Appliance 247. They insisted on the call out fee to be paid, and matters got unpleasant. I paid the call out fee end of this last month putting the matter aside as miscommunication, and to focus on the repair. They came, they repaired, I paid R2476, they left. Not a few days later fridge packs up and is completely dead. After an unsuccessful follow up repair and wasted WhatsApp communication I arrive at the physical address on their invoice, 6 Raats Drive, Table View, to find a Bed Shop. The address on their invoice is fraudulent, and is their claim to be certified refrigeration technicians is also questionable when reviewing all the complaints found on social media. They refuse to take ownership of their very poor service delivery and workmanship, and is clearly unprofessional and unethical in their business dealings.
