Beds From Bull****ters
People need to watch out about this company. They run a so-called Sc..... where you go into the shop, order a bed that is on their floor and when it arrives at home, its twice as hard as the one in the shop. Checked three shops all of them are the same. Its then a Comfort issue and you have to upgrade to a better bed, at a cost of 5000 rand. They don't conform to the CPA so no refund, altho they manufacture under the names, Health beds, not registered with Saphra, Padley beds, in the Hospitality industry. Once you tell them they not Proudly SA and can't advertise as they are registered, they collect the bed. and charge you R400 plus vat when I fact it's a quality issue to get you to upgrade. Then the free gift of R1500 is only R750 valid if you buy it separately and they are only going to take your money and not return it. They are running this in all stores and it's about time something was done to expose these companies. When you ask if the commission is based on the value you quickly find out what is going on here.

Innovate ? In fraud yes
Paid for a Printer in July 2019, Traded in 3 printers and still haven't received anything from them except promises saying they will refund me. That never happens, Laid charges of fraud and theft. Sam Makes promises but that where it ends, A bunch of thieves

Unethical Estate agency
This estate agent doesn't have the decency to reply to any complaints and its takes them 14 months to react only once you threaten to withhold money.<br> <br> They don't have the lessee interest at heart and advertise falsely,They lie, don't have a Fidelity Certificate and trade as a CC, PTY and Sole Proprietor all in one contract<br> They don't deposit your money into their trust accounts,But into their personal names and give statements to this effect. The interest bearing account is non exist ant and they work out the interest on their own accounts. They don't give you statements either for the interest <br> Your Incoming inspection is done with little or no significance and the out going inspection they check every last thing to try and with hold your deposit.<br> They don't like tenants that complain about issues at the houses and they advertise falsely to get people to rent from them,Complaints have been lodged at the estate agents board and rental tribunal. Just watch out for these people. Profess to be so ethical but cant actually spell the word.<br> They don't adhere to the contract,list clients who have got legitimate complaints as bad payers/ late payers instead of refering it to arbitration.
