Their CUSTOMER care is all promises and NIL delivery in + 2 months... after repeated emails asking for an update. How very, very disappointing from a good brand.
I am so very impressed with A Place to Shop's staff member ( I am sorry I have forgotten your name )who went really the extra 1.5 miles. I emailed a query on a product they sell, which I have had for a number of years. I needed to know how I should wash the Mongoose Pouch Bag - being made from 100% cotton and beautifully soft leather. (The number for Mongoose on the web is incorrect hence me trying A Place to shop.) The lady then contacted the Mongoose people they deal with, and then called me to let me know what she had been told. All within 35 minutes of me emailing my query. Now that is impressive - I am sure you agree.
The 4th pair (2prs sandals and 2 pro of Ankle boots) of soles has just disintegrated ! I am aghast that shoes that are as expensive as Tsonga(one thinks of good quality!! They do look good but - Alas untrue!!) I did let customer care know - they offer to give me 20% off a new pair - heavens above that is perhaps 2 seasons worth of wear - and not daily wear either !! I have supported Tsonga for + 10 years now - the quality had declined drastically. My Froggie boots, on the other hand, are in their 9th season and still in perfect condition.
My 4th pair of Croc slops have just broken - Very silly me thinking Crocs were quality, well made, and long lasting. (I emailed Crocs direct.) Nope, no chance of that. Company concern for lack of company support Nope- none of that 3 pairs reported - yes 3 pairs ( less than 2 yrs old too !)- same size and style just different colours . And they are not cheap !! JUST by the way, my SKETCHERS are now 10 yrs old have travelled overseas twice, and still going strong. So guess what .... SKETCHERS only from now on.. Sketchers from now on..
Accolades to Game -Pietermaritzburg - Liberty Mall. Particularly to Shalendra in the large appliances - particularly fridge freezers dept- for this review. Shalendra went passed the extra mile, by many miles. He was patient and understanding and always accommodating. And he is a problem solver de Luxe. He sorted out the useless Hisense fridge freezer we had purchased - which lasted all of 2,5 mths - and arranged a replacement with a far superior brand - a few dents - but we don't care - we waited 3 months for aftersales service from Hisense - to no avail - GAME came to our rescue. Do you remember the old saying - 'You always win at Game' well it still holds true. Thank you Shalendra.
Hisence do not actually even score 1 star. Still on our fridge saga - Hisense are probably the most apathetic company we have ever had dealings with - there is a pathetic splodge of after-sales service which consists mostly of ' We will get back to you' - which never occurs. On Friday 19 May we gave up -This after3 months of continual persistence from us. We had exceptional service from Game Pmb Liberty Mall - Shalendra - who exchanged the useless Hisense double door fridge freezer for a far superior make.
67 - yes Sixty Seven people are awaiting a response from Hisense Client /Customer Services - Their last response was 23 September 2018 - and not a good response either - Do you have a Client liaison person or a customer care manager? We, of course, are the 2nd last issue in the 67 list - so no response as yet !!
Non-existent backup service Attitude is apathetic to say the least. Fridge 4 months old and not working - Hisense - if you read this would you please contact the technicians who are always 'going to call you right back to arrange to attend to the problem' And then call my husband to tell him that you have done so. His number ********** or ********** 864 .
Your vehicle HMN 763 MP - if it is of any interest or concern to you - the owners and shareholders of this Company - I tried calling - was told the Transport Managed and Director were both out and didn't have their cel phones with them ( this was information by Clinton who answered the call) this was to inform them that the above truck was traveling far in excess of the speedlimit , overtaking dangerously and had omitted to stop at the COMPULSORY TRUCK STOP - prior to a steep descending hill. PLEASE DO TELL WHY YOU PUT CONTACT NUMBERS ON THE SIDE OF YOURTRUCKS Mr Naidoo ??
