Poor service.
I bought my new JAC T9 in April 2025 and on my first service I already experienced they poor after sales service. After I bought it I informed the sales person that my wheel alignment is out, ratlle in the cabin and info system problems and he said that I can bring it in on the first service. After huge fights the only fixed the wheel alignment and not the rest and I don't see why you always have to fight for something that was wrong from the beginning. With the service they also dropped me off at Krugersdorp. On my next service I again realise how poor their aftersales service are that they now decided the only drop customers of that is within about 5km from the dealer. Not even notifying the customer when the booking is made. The T9 is really amazing but the service is poor. We have to see how this service will be done.

Bad quality products and no after service
I have ordered the bonnet protector and window shield for my JAC T9. The bonnet procter when fittes was warped and after indicating to them, they suggest by heating it up to reduce the warpage. On the window shield when putting it on the vehickle there is a huge gap and seems like the product is not made for the vehicle. After communication they did not even reply back. This is not products that must be supp**** to customers and not to be used.

Deliver a day after Mother's day
A day after mother's day delivered. Late delivery and no note as per the order. Wil not use them in future as they are not trustworthy. The will reply that they were at the delivery as per the order, but they did not hoot and drove off after standing accross the street for not even a minute.

Look out for Sasfin contracts with Fundamental comms
Through fundamental coms the will let you sign a contract and when the product is not delivered they dont care and send lawyers on you to pay the outstanding amount in full

Solar Battery Scam
Please stay away. This company advertise on Google for cheap solar batteries but this company does not exist and the registration number on their invoice also does not exist. You will pay them and never hear from them. Please stay away. They also sell/advertise under Wholesale solar, ES Solar Group PTY and Solar Firm. Please note that by South African Police statistics the most fraud is caused by ABSA account holders.

Do Not Use Them (They are thieves)
We have booked through Henda and Izak Heyneke and paid in full in June 2017 all the fees for the accommodation, flights and train tickets from 18 Dec 2017 until 2 Jan 2018. One day before our departure date (17 December), Izak and Henda informed us that they never paid the flights and they have no funds to do so as they already used our funds on other peoples bookings. They required an extra R57,000.00 to pay for the flights. We also made bookings through Tripadvisor R20,000.00 and had to cancel all this with only 50% refund. A fraud case has been opened in Krugersdorp Police Station and the company will be sued. Please stay away from this company and individuals.
